Hampton Inn & Suites Palm Coast

Was upgraded to a king suite on the first floor which looked a bit like a converted conference room. This was no problem, except the bedroom wall apparently backed up to the kitchen. At 4:30 am I was awakened by constant banging noises as the kitchen staff apparently started preparing breakfast. The DC coded my keys for the wrong room twice, causing me to return to the front desk multiple times. The hotel is older and could use an upgrade, but it was clean and breakfast was well stocked with fresh selections. The parking lot seemed small and inadequate for the hotel size. I had to park in back. The room had a faint animal odor. I had to spray Febreeze which I fortunately carry in my car. The checkout clerk was very sweet but could not print a final bill. I did receive one via email later.

I absolutely love all my hotel stays here. No complaints about anything. Friendly helpful front desk. Friendly cafeteria staff, two I got to meet and learned their names are Jack and Trish. They stay on top of keeping the breakfast buffet top notch! Truly appreciate what they do! The FREE great hot breakfast is what keeps me coming back. Oh yeah great rooms as well with awesome hot water flow in the shower

A nice Hampton Inn however in need of updates, especially getting chair height toilets. Also need step-in showers, most people traveling do not need a bathtub. Being disabled they have very limited rooms to meet the needs of disabled persons. Most of the rooms for disable only have king beds instead of two queens.

Had a nice 1st time stay here for the Daytona 500. Would stay again. Beds were comfy, felt like (214) had a lot of “room for activities”! Free breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about upon first glance but I was happily surprised at the taste/quality. I remember they had fruits like bananas and apples, boiled eggs, oatmeal with various toppings, a waffle maker, yogurt. For warm proteins (area), they also had something labeled “bagel toppers” which I guess was half a bagel with cheese, maybe egg, etc. There were also sausage patties and mini omelettes. I stacked one bagel topper with a sausage patty and a mini omelette and ate them together. Not bad!

Usually Hampton Inn is great from top to bottom. Not this location. Shower head barely worked (room 418). I always use the app to checkout, but because I was checked in wrong, I was told this by another front desk person, it prevented me from using the app. If I didn’t want to use the app, I could stay at another hotel. Just wasn’t a great experience.

I had to cancel my upcomming trip to Palm Coast due to a record breaking Blizzard to hit the East Coast..... I called and spoke to Victoria on the front Desk . One of the Most Professional and Friendly Experiances I have had while sadly canceling my stay.... Thank you Victoria for all your help and i will be re-booking soon. I will for sure be asking for you to get that booked !!! Have a Great Day All and I highly recommend this Hampton Location if your ever in need ...

Ms Lisa and Ms Victoria made us feel like that had been waiting their whole life for us to walk in the door. Felt like coming home. Rooms are VERY clean, too! Can’t wait to eat that breakfast everyone is talking about in past reviews! 10/10 highly recommend!

This was such a great experience that I HAD to give them a 5-star! If more stars had been available, I sure would have given them! Great value, great staff and sooper clean rooms!
